1. On your device, open the My Telstra app and log in with your Telstra ID.
2. Go to the ‘Services’ screen and select ‘Add a new Pre-paid service’.
3. Click on ‘Use eSIM on this device’.
4. Select ‘Mobile Phone’ or ‘Tablet/mobile broadband’ .
5. Select a Pre-Paid plan.
6. Complete payment.
7. Review and submit order.
8. Click ‘Continue’ to start eSIM profile download.
9. You'll be taken to your device’s ‘Settings’ screen to complete the eSIM profile installation.
10. After eSIM profile is installed, you'll be sent back to the My Telstra app where you’ll see a ‘Success’ screen.
